Bumble foot?

Bumblefoot is generally an infection in the pads of the feet where the weight is greatest and the risk of bugs/faecal bacteria getting into cracks in the skin highest.

Spurs are very commong growths of dead skin on the edges of the pads; unless they grow out on the side of the foot where they can catch on things, they are best left alone as cutting too close to live skin can severely damage and disable a piggy.
Your spurs are still very much on the harmless side and nothing to worry about!
