I have got a bug spray from the pet shop. You brush the coat backwards and spray it on. Has anyone used this? Does it work?

that the Johnsons one? Have heard of it if it's that one, but not used it.
I prefer to bathe them in lotion or get some prescribed by the vet

It's by Bob Martin. I like to bath them too in GG bug shampoo. I just wondered if it might be helpful as well.

Oh, I don't think I've seen that one, sorry! I've never used them, always thought the shampoo and medication to be enough and much better.

I've used that one Lucinda - is it the small animal or the bird one? I always prefer the bird one but the small animal one will do the same thing. It will only work on running lice though really. I do prefer to bathe them if they have lice - I used to use Lyclear from the Chemist but I am now converted to the lice shampoo from Gorgeous Guineas - it works far better than anything else I have tried and I come into contact with a lot of buggy pigs with my rescue work!
