Hello everyone I'm just wondering what to do my guinea pig has a bruised penis/balls area what should I do

If his penis and / or testicles are bruised or look sore, please see a vet as he may need some pain relief at the very least

I agree about seeing a vet.
Depending on how it happened he may have some sort of internal injury and needs ot be properly checked by a professional.
