Well today I decided that it was getting too chilly for 4 of my girls who are currently in a rather attractive pink cage. So I have contacted a very lovely gentleman who lives locally and asked him to make me a big strong snuggly palace for the girls ready for the winter. The cage they are in is ok but not particularly sturdy for the winter and I wanted to get one with a floor to the lower run so that they are off the floor. I have lots of insulating blanket stuff from my husband who is a builder and shall be insulating it as required and should we get to the really cold weather then they will be moving indoors. But for now am very excited as he said it would be ready next week!
i am getting a bigger better hutch for the winter too and it's really exciting but i want it now! you'll have to post photos when they're all moved in x
