Hi lookLuis,

Are your pigs both girls? How big is/are their cages, and how old are they? With a bit of background information I'm sure someone can help you decide what to do.

Your pigs will be lonely on their own, so if they can't be re-bonded you'll need to get them a friend each. It'll be best to work out why they've fallen out first though, to make sure you don't get the same problem again - eg. if the cage is too small, then it's likely that the new pair will also fall out due to lack of space.

Not all my pairs of pigs share a house, sleep cuddled up. What are the other signs why you think they are not getting on. Also as PP asked, is Sparky a girl? Size of cage? If not he will be attempting to mate with mum and should be removed immediately. xx

Hi

Please make sure that you remove Sparkle from his mum immediately if he is over three weeks old - or you are facing the next wave of babies. Back-to-back pregnancies are very hard on mums.

If Sparkle is a girl then it would be good if they had two hideys. There is a point when girls go from baby to junior herd member and when mummy is making it clear that she is higher in the hierarchy and has first choice.
