Yes a vet check for any fall is a good idea.

As he has had a fall, I’d be inclined to have him checked out by a vet.
The tooth should grow back within a few weeks but if he can’t eat, you will have to step in and syringe feed him. You may wish to cut his veg in to small strips or grate it to make it easier for him Complete Syringe Feeding Guide
