Thank you so much, I haven't been recently weighing, I used to, should I weigh him and compare it to his weight a month agoPlease weigh him daily to make sure he isn't losing weight (if he is losing weight, it means he isn't able to eat all important hay which is making up 80% of their diet) so you will have to step in with syringe feeding if that's the case.
If he is struggling to eat veggies, you may wish to cut them in to thin strips or grate them. But all being well, the tooth should start growing back in a few weeks. But if he does stop eating, please see a vet

Idk when it broke I haven't checked his teeth in a while Ik I should but it's been at least a weekI agree with Claire’s advice
Weigh him today and then weigh him again tomorrow at the same time and then compare to those two weights. Then continue to weigh daily until his tooth recovers, comparing each weight as you go. You will see daily fluctuations which are normal up to 50g. If he loses more than 50g in 24 hours then you must step in and syringe feed him and see a vet
There is no real use in comparing the weight a month ago to now if his tooth only broke today.
My guinea pig Gary has a broken tooth I'm not sure why but nor am I concerned about how my worry is is it painful or will it cause problems?
He also has some stuck together fur too be that's not my main worry
Ok thank you, I weighed him and he's 1402g is that okOk.
His weight from a month ago is still too long ago to give you any really useful information - as I said, weigh him today and then compare it with tomorrow's weight and take it from there. If you can watch him, although it wont tell you he is eating enough, it will hopefully give you some idea that he is able to move food around his mouth and chew properly until you can compare weights

Ok thanks! He’s a very big piggy but yes, that’s fine but if he loses weight daily, you know he isn’t able to eat in which case you will need to step in with syringe feeding and see a vet
