Hello my guinea pig broke her front arm and was taken to the vet the vet gave her medicine and after 2 weeks she looks much better and even walks on the foot although limps sometimes and her foot doesn’t looks straight has a slight curve to it. I’m not sure if it’s okay to leave her like this or should I take her to another vet that might actually give a cast or surgery? They didn’t do an x ray at the first place

If u are concerned and the foot still stays like that u could take her to a vet just to check she is ok!
I am unsure of what it could be as I am no genius lol, but if it deteriorates or u think is affecting the quality of life for the piggy I would recommend her to get checked up.
I personally find it unusual why the first vets didn't take an x ray ?!

🤔

May I ask how she broke her arm? And does she live with a friend?

I would take her for a second opinion. But the issue is that the bone may have started to heal and will now be ‘setting in place’. So a cast may not do anything now. But nonetheless take her to another vet if you want. I’ll link to vets in the US below. Hope you get your girl sorted soon ☺️
