Hi!
Please be aware that we are a strictly non-breeding forum and that you have accepted (and should have read) our explicit forum rules before you ticked the corresponding box. You should have also received a message from the forum team to that effect.
If you haven't, please do so now:

Please also accept that any advice on this forum is only given with the sole aim to end any intentional breeding for once and all. This world is drowning in overproduced pets. We are a rescue-friendly place who works towards mitigating this wasteful habit and promotes responsible ownership.
It would be good if you read up on basic biology, pregnancy care, pregnancy and birthing risks etc.
before you started putting hapless animals together that are going to pay the price for any lack of knowledge and due care of yours - potentially with their lives. I hope that you are aware that in guinea pigs about every 5th (in less than ideal care every 4th) pregnancy ends with the death of pups and/or mothers. Also be aware that sows come into season again within hours of giving birth and that guinea pig babies can start the next generation from 3 weeks onwards.
We can't tell you whether your piggy is pregnant or not from just a picture without anything in the way of helpful information to go by - 'recently' is not exactly helpful to know how far you expect your sow to be along by now. Nor can anybody else unless they have an ultra-scan or x-ray and likely not even then unless your girl is in the last third of a ca. 10 weeks pregnancy and the embryos are developed enough that they can no longer be mistaken for inner organs.
If you are not prepared to accept our forum rules and play by them, then I am afraid you will have to find support somewhere else because otherwise you will be banned (see the rules link). Any further support and access to information will very much depend on that.
