My hand made rubber band bracelets ! they not good enough yet ! Still working on them I turn to this because I miss my guinea pigs and my mother will not let me have anymore she said I don't look after them right but I did and they help me with my anxiety now I feel I don't have anything to live for
This hot weather not helping me can't breathe ! It needs to go a bit fresher air ! I can't wear my shorts like every one else because of these blister s on lower leg ! It's just not fair !

They are lovely @jayne . Doing things like this is really good for anxiety. I like cross stitch, colouring, reading and listening to music.

They are lovely - a lot of work going into making them - do you have a rescue nearby that you could volunteer in ? It would help your anxiety , allow you to mix with piggies and really help a rescue
