Hi, Does anyone else's boar hump each other?

Humping is very normal mild dominance behaviour in guinea pigs.

I let them get on with it, was just hoping I wasn't the only one with this lol!

It's a lot safer for them to do it to each other rather a female lol!

It's a dominance thing- sows will do it too, to show dominance or if they are in heat. Whenever one of my sows is in heat, she will try to hump her female cagemate... although her cagemate is not remotely interested! LOL!
