Hi,
Not sure if this should go under housing or behaviour, but I'll put it here!
we made our C&C cages over the weekend. all the pigs really love it. they've got so much space to play. we've got 2 4x2, one with 2 boys and one with 3 girls. Thing is they're in the dining room with about 6 inches between them so the boys and girls can see each other. the girls are having a great time running around, but the boys have changed - they don't seem to play as much and just spend all their time rumbling and staring at the girls.
Is this something which will fade over time? or would it help if i put sometihng between the cages so they couldn't see each other? i want the boys to play like they did when they lived outside, and not worry so much about the girls.
any suggestions? thanks guys.
