I'm disgusted, was walking thru Selfridges in Birmingham last night (on route to vegan meal/meet up id arranged) and I saw a locked cabinet full of vodka bottles etc...

These bottles contained dead snakes/scorpions/worms >:(

Also packs of 'edible' worms/scorpions - how sick >:(

I asked an assistant if they were real she said yes horrible isnt it but they sell ::)

I told her i was very offended >:(

I dont shop there anyway but think Selfridges need several emails of complaint?

Yuck - glad i had a nice vegan meal to go to after seeing that.

Eewwwwwwwwwwww How disgusting & out of interest just who do they sell to?

I certainly wouldn't be buying any >:(
 
I think they are very strange to buy those - I'm told by the assistant they sell very well as birthday gifts and for stag/hen nights - the mind boggles :o

I'm going to complain - its not somewhere i go in normally as theres nothing id buy in there - and some of the foods put me off in the deli area, but this has really annoyed me.

I always worry that department stores will have fur in somewhere >:( not as common these days thankfully.

I'm also told the gadget site firefox sells these items and things like toffee with scorpions in and chocolate full of mini ants - how sick is that?

Will stop ranting!

just think us lot here would complain big time if we brought a bottle of vodka and found some thing in it, lol ;D,
but agree thats disgusting >:( I have heard of worms in tequila before, but that was in Mexico,
 
Who would want chocolate with ants in ?

Just give me the chocolate :)
 
That is really horrible, what kind of sick people buy this type of thing.
