Can you express a penis or feel a tiny penis ridge under the skin or is it all flat and soft?

We had a sow whose genitalia looked much more like a boars. Her urethra looked like a penis. Our vet checked her over and confirmed that she did appear to have very unusual genitals, but confirmed that internally she had a female reproductive system. However, she also seemed to have a lot of male hormones too. She was initially rehomed to live with a neutered boar and a few sows, but she behaved very like a boar and clashed badly with the neutered boar. Luckily her adoptive family were able to accommodate two cages and were able to provide her with other female friends.
