3 hours later- Rusty and Lillith had a fall out, Callie had to be put away maybe a half hour in and Allie and Lillith are the only ones that made it out okay.
Rusty was such a bully its not even funny. Allie was 101% submissive and Rusty still chased her. Heck, Allie laid right down and made little scared wheeks. Rusty ended up pulling out a chunk of Allies hair and thats when I had enough and called it quites.
Lately, Rustys been mean to Lillith, nipping her for no reason, chattering her teeth, rumblestrutting, ect. Lillith has been in her hut a lot of than she normally is, So, I decided that Allie and her go on so good I would just put them in a cage together and the two of them are great. Neither one is hiding in a hut, they share their food bowl and water.
Now the million dollar question, do I leave Rusty and Callie in their separate cages away from the other two girls? I can't offered to get more piggies and more importantly I don't have the time with school next week.
Callie seems content on her own just being able to peek over at the other girls but Rusty seems so mad. Shse hitting her hut making it go flying shes ripping apart her toy and yanking on the water bottle. I'm at a loss of what to do? Does anyone have any suggestions?

The issue here is once you have removed a piggy, you have to start again with bonding - most piggies will sort things out and as long as there is no bloody fights, should be left alone (under supervision of course)
I would leave things for a couple of days now, it appears Rusty is the dominant sow of the group and asserting her authority despite the others being submissive.
I know how hard it is - as degu rock says, could Rusty and Callie live as a pair ?
How old is Rusty ? Sometimes it's worth noting her 'seasons' and if she's constantly annoying/humping etc. could be a sign of ovarian cysts which is treatable.
My top piggy Amelia is so naughty when she's in season pestering her buddies but it calms down after a day or two - if it got too much, I would have her checked but so far, so good :)
Have a read of this, may help:

Yes, I have read that. Thank you for the link, I'll read it again :)

I guess I should have explained this better. Callie attacked everyone. She went at Allie, and they sort of grabbed onto one another. There was a lot of squeaks and hair pulling. They tumbled and bumped into Rusty and Lillith, then, Callie realized they were there so Callie just started biting everyone and then proceeded to bite my oven mitt when I was calming her down. It all happened so fast, luckily no blood was drawn just a lot of hair was pullen. She was only calm when I put her back in her cage.

Rusty was trying to draw blood with Allie, I found a chunk of Allies hair in the cage and thats when I thought it would be best to separate them. Rusty can currently interact with Lillith and Allie but through bars. I have a big c&c set up but it's got a divider in it.

I agree, I believe that she was asserting her dominance but she was just so violent. With the way she was acting it honest to god looked like she was out for blood. Should I have separated them or let them keep going?

I can try with Rusty and Callie again next weekend and see if they will work out.

I dont know Rustys exact age because she was rescued but I know shes 3 right now and will be 4 in 2014. She very well could have been in heat, I never even really thought of that despite reading the link. I've never seen her mount/hump anyone. She recently has had a vet check up maybe 4 months ago. She had to have surgery to get a lump removed and ever since that shes been meaner to Lillith(who have always lived together, I think a fall out was on the way though)

So far Lillith and Allie are fine. There seems to been no dominant sow which is weird because I thought there always was one. If Lillith is drinking and Allie wants the water bottle(which is odd because theres 2 full bottles. They seem to have taken a liking to a certain one- silly piggies :)) ) She'll start nipping/bunting Lilliths bottom, and Lillith will do the same if Allie's drinking.
They're very cute together and I think they'll soon be snuggling. They sleep very close to one another, their not quite touching yet but I'm hoping maybe.
