So I was browsing through the threads and have realised it's time to start replacing toys and boredom breakers.

What boredom breakers and toys do your piggies enjoy?

Pictures & links would be grateful.

:laluot_15: <--- Awesome smily hahaha

I have a wooden coloured archway (had to rinse with water as colour was running on Morris (he's white) .

I bought a nutlock from petplanet.co.uk like jenga they're meant to chew and theres a massive nut inside, they dont seem too keen.
i also have a seesaw but it scared them, so my two arent really playful :/

Can't say they have toys now as they prefer toilet/kitchen roll inners stuffed with hay and strong paper bags to play with. Little soft toys are nice for them too.
They have hanging chews but don't bother with them but they do look nice hung in their pens :)

We haven't got any toys yet were going to have a look on Saturday, But what I have done tonight is the toilet roll tube stuffed with hay thanks to a reply to one of my posts.....Although they have been going bonkers for the last hour now they have disappeared so their not too interested at the moment

i have fleece tunnells with fiddlesticks at the end (look like a dog agility tunnell) a carrot chew thing that they dont bother with and willow balls i got from wilkos in pack of three really cheap You could also do a fleece forrest (mine have the end of a c&c cage with fleece pegged accross and cut in strips going down) The best toy ever is a cardboard box full of hay if you can stand the mess and they have a nylon tunnel with hole in the middle

they love paper bags Ypu can buy them online dirt cheap (the ones with stiff base) A couple of mine love them and it doesnt matter if they destroy them

Mine don't really go for toys. The best thing I ever bought for mine was 2 Ancol Boredom Beating Food Veg Treat Metal Play Balls. I've just got another 4 because I'm also fostering now.

They're on ebay:- http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271257053394#ht_835wt_914 It's the same postage whether you buy 1, 2, 3 or 4. So the more you buy the cheaper it works out each. I got 4 for £11.17 but one would cost £4.48. I just fill them with fresh grass or anything they like & they love them.

Mine have the willowstick arches but I give them cardboard tubes and boxes they get more enjoyment out of them then anything especially if you stuff them with hay :)

At the moment my two are only interested in the litter tray that has been packed with hay, they spend all day eating and pay no attention to anything else.

Willow twigs, cardboard tubes, cardboard boxes, wood chews, wood chew garlands, loofah teddy, and loofah core chews all seem to be the favourites with my lots at the moment. There are so many toys they don't even care about though, anything homemade seems to be the most popular

I read the toilet roll with hay idea, so just cleaned them out thats this weeks toy, I bet they look at me as if i'm stupid...

yes the stuff does look nice for us at least, my two took 3 weeks to eat a treat, because it was hung on the wire they didnt know it was theirs... :)

If you can eat it, wee on it and then sleep in it, mine seem to be happy. Stuff a large tube with hay and you're golden.

I bought a large cardboard tube from pets at home, they seem to like it. www.petsathome.com/
I also got some chew blocks from pet planet, my bf put stringed them together and we have them hanging from the cage ceiling. Also have a bell in a wooden ball which they seem to enjoy from time to time.
I have heard, that the most simplest of toys keeps them occupied! For example a plastic spoon ( they have to be watched while playing with it)
And large smooth stones ( Soaked in boiling water for a while to get rid of germs etc) they lie on it, chew it. I have yet to try this out on my boys.
