Can anyone give me some tips on how to bond a 2week old baby with a bonded pair of adult sows? The baby is now alone as her siblings have all passed away. The litter was being hand reared as the mother had to be put to sleep sue to a prolapse straight after giving birth, the baby has been alone since last night when her sister sadly died. I'm going out of my mind with worry about it all

They have been next to each other for a few days and the older pigs have been really good toward them. I've bit the bullet and put them together, they are all happily having floor time in the kitchen, it's total neutral territory, I've put a big plate of veggies down for them and and watching them closely. Should I thoroughly clean the girls hutch out and put them back in with the baby?

Yes, please. Although cleaning out a cage is not quite as crucial with a baby as it is with older piggies. Great that this time all has gone well!

Well all seems to be going well. The baby is sticking very closely to Toffee who is the less dominant sow. Pickle the dominant sow is still putting her in her place but nothing to harsh
