Bonding injury

One of my piggies got an eyelid cut when he got into a fight with my newly adopted. Good thing his eye’s alright Is there something I should do? Below is the photo of the injury

As for their bonding, they’re inseparable now. Would demand they stay together when I try to put a divider. I’m sure my new boar didn’t mean to hurt the other one.

Clean the area with some saline. You can make your own solution - have a search to find it on here. If it starts to look ‘wrong’ then get it checked by the vet.

Sometimes piggies can get cuts from a misplaced swipe. They may be feeling cornered or defensively lash out.

Do they both act like they want to be back together? I’m glad they’re okay now.
