Bonding In Session

Having the initial bonding with the sows, our eldest is definitely showing everyone else that she is dominant, she is nipping at them, agitating them. The two younger ones were fine at the beginning but since our oldest has been getting to know our younger ones, the younger ones are just staying in the same spots in the pen, not moving. It worries me they aren't comfortable yet but I'd expect that is normal when bonding. My goal is for them to be comfortable moving around with each other but if that doesn't happen, should I not merge them? Not exactly sure what to look out for. Currently the two olders ones are roaming around the pen whilst the little ones are huddled together in one spot.. Tips?
