Bonding Another Female With My Couple

I currently have a neutered boar Jasper (20month) and female Saffy(11 month), they have been bonded since May this year, Saffy replacing Jaspers first wifey. I am thinking about another female and was wondering how easy it would be to introduce another female. I wouldn't want to upset the great bond that these two have. Thanks.

Introducing a third party to a well bonded couple can easily fail as they may not welcome any intruders. You are much more likely to end up with an outsider situation than any other time.

I would either leave them as they are or think about getting a couple of younger girls. 4 piggies constitute a minigroup with different dynamics. As long as the current sow can stay head sow and retain her privileged position, that is a safer way if you want to extend.

Thank you for that. I would love to take on another 2 females but dont know what OH would say. I'll give it some thought.
