Boat glue on Skinny Pig.

Hiya! So it finally happened - my 6/7 month old boar has discovered his man bits. I saw yesterday that he has a lump of boar glue stuck to his chest. Any ideas how to get it off or should I just leave it? He’s a skinny so I can’t cut it off- should I leave it? Coconut oil? Any advice welcome...
