Boars just started fighting?

Hello, not been on here for a while so hello! Hope everyone is okay.

Hoping someone can help or spread some light.

I've currently got a trio of boars that have been living together quite happily for a year. Yesterday however they all just started fighting. And I mean really going for it. We've currently split all 3 up and I'm at a loss of what to do.

The cage was cleaned out fully yesterday and usually this means a bit of bickering but they get over it. My OH split a pair up yesterday and one actually bit him and had took a big chunk from his knuckle. I've checked all 3 pigs and can't see any wounds or bite marks.
When I briefly tried putting a couple back with each other yeesterday there was a lot of chasing, do I left them split up over night.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here?

Hello! Do they have separate water bottles food bowls etc and do they have a large cage? Um and this link has some more ideas!

As they are over a year old, you could try them again today after a bath and on neutral ground (like a run). I hope that the hormones have settled down again. You may find that one boy may not work out with the others anymore; trios very rarely make it to adulthood intact. Leave them together unless are there are more serious fights; there will be dominance at first.

Yeah they have 2 bowls and bottles.

The bath was my first thought. Just wanted some advise

Theyve been in the bath and are currently in the big run. So far so good. They seem to be getting on fine. I've cleaned out the cage again so hopefully they'll be okay when they go back in
