Hello this is my first time posting, I have two boars for about 4 years now, one of them "Ace" has had a swollen like anus for awhile now and around that area are two Lumps which I believe might be impacted feces, additionally when he walks his anus just drags along with him and abit backstory but he is the dominant one and i'm aware dominant related behaviors can make this type of situation more worse or common. The thing is i tried to clear it out with a cotton swab and vaseline (Dont have mineral oil on me) but it didn't seem to take anything out and as a first time doing it i was reluctant to put the swab in deeper because I don't want to hurt him. After that I tried to squeeze the two lumps on each side of the anus but nothing seemed to come out. So my question is go to the vet or am I missing something ?

Please take him to the vet, the area does look rather swollen.

Has his weight remained stable ie is he eating properly?

I think he needs to see a vet - it doesn’t look like impaction and seems quite swollen.

I'll make a appointment asap thank you, he weights around 1250grams, and he is eating normally, only thing that I have noticed is he is lethargic and not as active as he use to be. I'm thinking now it might be a infection or something else.

Is he passing a good amount of poops and urinating normally?
Weigh him every day (at the same time each day so that you know you’re feeding in roughly the same time in his feeding cycle) to ensure he is maintaining his weight daily. If he is becoming lethargic, he may start to not eat enough and if that happens, then you will need step in with syringe feeding him.

Let us know how you get on at the vet. That really isn’t normal so do get him seen as soon as possible.

I haven't quite observed his pooping behavior but i'm assuming it's normal due to the amount in his hut he's typically in, and urination is normal from what I saw when he was in the play pen. I'll start graphing his weight daily and will keep you guys updated when he goes to the vet.

Update: Went to the vet not to long ago, the veterinarian said it does seem a bit abnormal but she's not too worried about it as it is just considered "Prolapsed" but it can be pushed back in or corrected in place to ease some of the discomfort which I'll be doing for now on.

Did she push it back in? Or tell you how to do it?

She said she used K-9 Jelly (Lubricant) and gently pushed it back in place, but not too long after when I brought the guy home it sort of fell back out so I'm not so sure how standard it would be, but I'll try it myself tomorrow and see how long it lasts.
