I am not very good at knowing much about guinea pigs but I do read alot and have seen a few videos on youtube for research, but it sounds to me that you have a boar and a sow together. They both do this after intercourse. You should separate them immediately, but already sounds like they have done the deed. :-\ still separate them.

Nope there both boars i have wiggled the area and a red penis poped out And they dont have a Y shaped vagina
