Anyone know an easy way to get 'boar juice' out of Blackies hair? little Gold got a little too excited last night obviously! Blackies only just had a bath too :( ...theres loooads of it! yuk

give the area a little sponge down or simply give him a quick bath of his back end :)

a bath is the only answer at least it wasn't on his face like one of mine did to his cage mate had to explain to vet nurse why there was a little poorly on his nose lol

When I saw this title, I couldn't resist clicking on it! :(|)

Sorry to hear what happened after his bath, that is typical!

Maybe just spot clean him with his shampoo...

A bath or a spot clean, depending on the location...

My Nerys has a load on her nose every few weeks - DON'T ask me how and why! mallethead

Can I just ask, does it look like human 'juice'? (sorry) Just in case it happens to mine then I know what to look out for! :red"):red

lol. Will have to give him another bath then! Just didnt want to push it so soon on the bath front! Lol just wondered if there was an amazing boar juice removing substance! Lol

it was white and kinda lumpy when wet and is like rock solid super glue now its dry! Honestly, i have never seen so much! Lol xx

It just looks (and sticks) like drops of dried glue... :(

Thats has got to be the most random question I've ever heard! When I saw the thread I couldn't resist having a look, who wouldn't look at something called 'boar juice'
I can imagine my patch dong that, he won't for long though, i'm thinking of taking him to the vets so he can't make any more 'boar juice' and can be put in with the girls. Once he's had his operation will he be okay with the older piggies (there about 4 1/2 years old) or will he try and *play piggy back* with them all the time?

My boar has never humped my girls and he is an intacted male, before everyone tells me about the birds and the bee's my girls are spayed :D! Anyways it's all about the pig he's forever Brrr'ing... but has no luck :))

What?!?!? Fred doesn't hump them? What a gentleman... Bo humps the girls whenever his urge and their laziness collide. Some days more than others. He's not very particular about what end he goes for either, back, front or middle all seems equally attractive to him. Mind you, if I were him I would keep the few many bits left on the body away from girl teeth...

I had to use scissors to cut William's 'juice' out of Phil's hair. It was disgusting, made me feel v sick! hahaha!

I love what being a piggie parent does to us all! Scraping boar juice out of fur...picking up poos...pulling nasties out of willies... all without batting an eyelid!

:(|)
Its bizarre, I can't deal with getting food out of the plug hole, or touching any crumbs on the worktop with my bare hands... but half eaten piggie food? Poops? Piggie willies? Piggie testicles? No problem at all!
I'm sorry you had to cut his fur :( poor piggie I hope it wasn't too much
x

Don't laugh too early! My Llewelyn can still do it - just without any "tadpoles" in it! Just have a look at Nerys' nose right now! rolleyes

As girls come into season throughout their lives, Patch will do the usually boy stuff.
However, you'd better make sure that your girls accept him (not all older sows do!). You can help it by keeping him right next door where he can see and interact with his girls-to-be for the six weeks he needs to recover. As your girls are all elderly, please go the full distance - "golden shots" have been known to have hit home at five weeks after an operation, even though chances are small.
