help! My pigge has blood coming out of her nose and I don’t know what to do! I’m freaking out and I’m very scared.

Did she have an accident or a fall of any sort or was it a spontaneous bleed?

If you are unable to take her to a vet, then it is your parents responsibility to see she has adequate health care and is seen by a vet when necessary.

It may also be worth thinking about getting a job and starting to save some money so you can offer to pay if she needs a vet in the future.

How is her weight and appetite - does she seem to be moving around and eating ok?
Does she have a companion and do they seem ok?

Hopefully it is something minor and she will be ok, but spontaneous bleeding really is something that should be checked out.

I'm glad you're able to see a vet, that's probably the most helpful thing. How old is your piggie? And how much blood are you seeing? A dribble like you would get from a small injury? A really heavy bleed where she is literally spraying blood around to clear her nostrils?

One of my pigs developed intermittent nosebleeds in old age. They were real gushers... she seemed pretty oblivious to them but would literally spray us all with blood clearing her nostrils while they were occurring. We would try to keep her calm/quiet and mop her up with a damp cloth and try to apply gentle pressure as much as you can with a guinea pig nose. The first time we thought it was a hay poke, but when it recurred a week later we did see a vet, who couldn't find anything obviously wrong. He suggested she could have anything from benign nasal polyps to a malignancy somewhere in her sinuses, but since there were no treatment options other than making sure she was comfortable and eating and drinking and doing normal guinea pig things, we decided not to do any imaging that would have required her to be sedated, as she was already close to 6 years old at the time. She had intermittent nosebleeds for the rest of her life until she passed away at about 6.5 years, of no real discernable cause. This probably isn't really helpful as we never were really able to identify the cause, just wanted to say that I also had a guinea pig with nosebleeds so it certainly can happen. Hoping yours was just a hay poke or something that won't recur.
