looked up the active ingredients... i dont think it would kill your guinea pigs, active ingredients is like mild acids and a compound found in iron. stuff you find in plants naturally.... i dont know the amounts but being active ingredients usually means not much. Honestly tho if the bleeding is just from clipping their nails too short just use flour. its natural safe and best of all tried tested and true....
