Blood in urine

Guinea pig was given Metacam for five days and anti stress tablets due to blood in urine. Seemed to do the trick and she has been fine for two weeks but now there's blood in her urine again. She's still eating , drinking and sprightly. Is it worth giving her more Metacam? I have plenty left? Not sure why the problem has returned.
 
I’m sorry your piggy is unwell. Obviously I’m not a vet but if your piggy had blood in their urine then I would have expected your vet to prescribe antibiotics. I would definitely give them more Metacam to make them comfortable and get them back in for another vet check. Good luck.

I've been given some Baytrill for 7 days. The vet asked me if I wanted an X ray and I said I'd rather give the medicine a go which I don't think went down to ok well.
