Hello, long time no post., but I'm seeking any extra advice I can get. My guniea pig gingi is about 5 years old and has been constantly peeing blood for 2 to 3 weeks, it hurts her to pee and she cry every time she does it. she's had 3 vet visits in this span and has been on .1 ml of baytril and .2 meloxicam both twice a day for a week now with no improvement today we got an xray done and my vet has no idea what the cloudy mist under her abdomen is. You can't feel it with your hands, but you can feel the little bit of gas thats in there which is odd. Her gi tract also dosnt show any reason she is peeing blood. She's also lost a 4th of a pound from last week and feels as if she's losing muscle mass. Which is also odd because she is constantly eating and drinking and is still super excited for veggies. Thanks in advance for any advice that might help us through this situation.

Sometimes UTIs need a different and/or longer course of antibiotics before it clears up.
There is another condition sterile IC which, if I remember correctly, has the symptoms of a UTI. If you have a search on here there are quite a few threads about it.
With regards the weight loss, she is not eating enough hay if she’s losing weight. You will have to step in with syringe feeding and weighing her once daily to keep an eye on her.
