Blood in urine, fishy smell.

so my pig is almost 5 and i noticed today that she had some blood in her urine and that it had a fishy smell. shes got some pudge on her sides and is a little skinny near her hips but i thought that was just because shes old. she eats and poops normally and she doesnt mind being picked up or held (she never has really cared about that) but she does seem upset when my other pigs touch her sides. i also read ovarion cysts can cause hairloss on their flanks and she did have a little baldspot their but it grew back.

could this be a uti or ovarion cysts? anyways help and advice would be appreciated as shes my favorite old lady and i dont want to see her in pain or anything.

Please do have her seen by a vet for checks and diagnosis. They can test her urine and carry out ultrasounds to find out what is going on

I tend to suspect bacterial infection when there's a dodgy smell! Blood in the pee would fit with that. It's definitely a matter for the vet though. It's better to catch these things early if you can before the bladder gets too battered and secondary complications arise.
She's looking well for her age! She does look a bit lumpy but that could just be incidental to her current symptoms. The vet will be able to look at that, and if he/she thinks the lumps are not a problem but might be causing her to feel a little tender she might get long-term painkillers... my old boy is on metacam (meloxicam) for arthritis twice a day for the rest of his life and he's doing just fine. I hope it's all nice and straightforward for her x
