Blood from guinea pig

So for a few months my guinea piggy has been bleeding. I’ve brought him to the vet and was prescribed antibiotics for a urinary tract infection. He still not cured and I’m not sure what to do.
(I cannot attach photos for some reason)

Please see your vet again particularly if it has been going on for months. It may be that the course of antibiotics wasn’t long enough and the infection hasn’t been cured or that it is something other than a UTI.

Have the done any ultrasounds or x-rays to confirm that it’s a UTI and not a stone or something else. Hope little ones better soon xx
