How much does your guinea pig weigh? The dosage is weight related. Please weigh on your kitchen scales and take into account the extra weight from gassing. The dosage is about 0.3 ml for a kilo guinea pig.
What I cannot find information on is whether your concentration of zantac corresponds to the zantac that was prescribed by UK vets before zantac/ranitidine was withdrawn from the market some years ago. We have much stricter medication regulations here in the UK.

Here in United States we can get zantac over the counter 20 mg, 75 mg and 150mg pills

Ranitidine is available again, in the UK. This is the concentration I was prescribed recently.
