my guinea pig stomach is kind of large and a little round going out instead of going with her body, is this a thing? or is this something I need to worry about

If her stomach is larger than normal, and you suspect bloat then you must get your piggy to a vet urgently

I agree. If you suspect your piggy has bloat, please take them to the vet ASAP as bloat can be fatal if left untreated
