Hello! My vet is currently closed and it's the only one that works with guinea pigs. My Guinea Pig Peanut has been diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday. She's been eating hay and drinking water. She also eats the lettuce and bell peppers however, she hate the critical care. In the morning I'm going to try and mix with applesauce. Does this poop look like bloat poop? I tried doing some massages to see if that would help.

Sorry to hear she is poorly.
I would honestly say that is fairly normal looking.
What is making you think she has bloat?
If she is eating that is a really good sign, piggies tend to stop eating with bloat.
Is she eating veg and hay all okay?
Is she on anti biotics for the pneumonia?

Welcome to the forum by the way

I’m sorry to hear she is unwell.

I would agree - it looks like a pretty normal poop.
Does she have symptoms of bloat?

While she is unwell switch from the routine weekly weight checks and instead weigh her daily, each morning (if you haven’t already switched to doing it daily). Weight checks are the only way you can gauge food intake and ensuring her weight is stable each day.
Poop output is 1-2 days behind food intake so isn’t a reliable gauge of food intake.

I’ve added some guides below to help further

She is currently on antibiotics! She's eating the hay and veggies. Her hay intake is lower than before, so I was nervous her eating less could be signs of bloating. She's even playing with the enrichment toys in the cage too. She is drinking water on her own as well. However, she's refusing to eat the pellets, only picking at maybe 4 max. I've tried giving little bits of critical care but she absolutely hates it. I've only managed to get her to ingest about 2cc of it. I just lost one of my other piggies, so I'm just trying to be very cautious and monitor her heavily. I'm a little "helicopter" like after the previous incident. So just trying to ensure She's okay. There isn't much vet help in my area for guinea pigs and the one exotic vet I travel to is closed until Monday. Thank you for the welcome!

Antibiotics can upset the digestion - they kill the good gut bacteria as well as the bad illness causing bacteria which can put them off their food.
We recommend a piggy on antibiotics is also given a probiotic (or poop soup from a healthy companion where possible) to help combat the effect of the antibiotic and help settle the tummy

Do make sure you are weighing her each morning so you can adjust syringe feeding accordingly to keep her weight stable. When a piggy has dropped hay intake, you need to aim for around 60ml of syringe feed per day to keep weight stable - but the actual amount is dependent upon what the weight checks tell you.

This guide explains syringe feeding further but it also has a section about probiotics and live microbiome transfer (poop soup)

If she is eating I would not be overly concerned about getting the CC in her. Unless she was not eating and losing weight.
What antibiotic is she on?

I was given Bene-Bac gel by the vet and she seems to take it okay! I give two hours after the antibiotics are taken, does that sound like a good time between the two? Unfortunately, her other cage mate has the same sickness but that one seems to be taking everything super well!

It is a strong antibiotic which a lot of piggies do tolerate well but for some others it will impact the appetite with the need for syringe feeding to be really stepped up along with the daily weight checks
Totally good advice here. Keep an eye on their weights
Sending lots of healing vibes.
