I went to the vets earlier today with Winston (4 yo) he was diagnosed with bloat given a gut stimulant metacam and critical care. He has just 'had' his second dose. I say 'had' because what ever goes in his mouth keeps just dripping out again. He has brought up clear fluid and just now making a clicking noise. More lethargic. And weaker. When I picked him up,

half an hour ago. He was soaked. What can I do :(

Vet couldn't feel blockage and said teeth are fine

I'm so sorry to hear this.
Rodents cannot be sick so anything coming back out is because they cannot swallow, it cannot go down - either a blockage or something wrong in the mouth to prevent swallowing.
I can only suggest you see a vet urgently.

I am ever so sorry.

Saliva is constantly produced by glands in the mouth; if it is coming out of the mouth as a constant drip/stream it means that there is a blockage somewhere in the digestive system from the back of the mouth/throat at any point in the digestive system or that your piggy is not longer able to swallow for some reason. :(

It is unfortunately a sign of a life or death emergency. :(

My thoughts are with you as you are obviously doing everything you can and should do.
