bloat/ gas? pls help!

hii so coco has been making this sound when i’ve gotten her out just now. she has ovarian cysts but i don’t think this gad anything to do with the noise. if anyone could reply it would be really helpful (this sound was a bigger one than the others)

she’s talking normally and eating also

I’ve never heard that coming from a guinea pig. Does she do it at specific times or randomly? I’d get her checked out.

Hi!

Please see a vet. I have never had a piggy of mine make that sound - and I have had over 70 piggies so far and several of them with severe bloating over the years.
