Hey guys . So I have 4 male guineapig babies and there about two months old . Just a few moments ago they fought and one is bleeding . What can I do to stop the bleeding ? It's night time here so no vet is available.

I’m sorry to hear that

Apply pressure to any wound which is actively bleeding. Clean the wound using a saline solution (Boil a litre of water and add a teaspoon of salt, let it cool and then use to clean the wounds).

Do get the wounds seen to by a vet as soon as you can in case of infection.

First Aid Kit: Easily available non-medication support products for an emergency

You will also need to separate the piggies immediately and permanently. Four boars together doesn’t work long term. They have had a fight sooner than their teens so it is sadly clear that they do not like each other.

If you can make them into two compatible and functioning pairs then do so. If not, ensure any piggies which do not get on are kept in separate cages (you could end up with either two pairs, two pairs and two single piggies, or four single piggies so you will need multiple cages).

I’m sorry your piggies have had a fight. I hope the injured piggy is ok. Fingers crossed you can make 2 pairs of piggies. Good luck.
