So my I noticed small amount of blood coming at my guinea pigs bottom. There were only few drops and she doesn't bleed anymore. She's acting normal and doesn't show any signs of pain and she's peeing normally and I also checked if she had any tumors or cysts but I couldn't find anything. So it could be infection? Please help asap I'm really worried :(

Please get your piggy checked by a vet as soon as possible, in the next 24-48 hours. Bleeding could be coming from the bladder, bowel or reproductive tract, only a hands on vet check can say what is going on.
I am going to request this post is moved to our dedicated Health and Illness section- @Swissgreys @Lady Kelly @VickiA ?

I agree that any sign of blood from the genitals needs to be seen by a vet. I hope you can get her seen by a vet soon.

I just called my grandma who is a vet and I told her everything and she said not to worry about yet, just check her all the time and make sure there is no blood.

It may have stopped but any bleeding should be investigated. As said above, please book her in to see the vet soon.

Sadly in situations like this, a hands on examination is really the only way to be sure what is going on.
Please don't rely on speaking to a family member over the phone.
Please do try to have your piggy seen in person by an experienced guinea pig vet.
