Blackish sore on one of my boar's nipples

I was playing with Emil today and checked his belly for any abnormalities, and noticed that one of his nipples is a bit swollen I think, it's blackish and just doesn't look great. Does anyone know20240127_143329.webp what it could be and if it warrants a vet visit?
