Hi!

Please check against the first picture in our sexing guide whether you have discovered the belly button (which is still much more visible in babies) or one of the teats, which boars have also two of that look the same as sow teats. We have specially included this picture as we get asked this question fairly regularly. Always double-check the gender upon arrival anyway.
Here is the link: Illustrated Sexing Guide

It is not on his belly it is on his butt so I guess technically behind his genitalia not on top of

In this case, you have likely found the grease gland. You can find pictures of it together with care and cleaning tips in case of an overactive one in this guide here: Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths

Unfortunately, only members of photobucket can see your picture. I am not one of them.

Grease gland or belly button depending which way up the photo is- go ask a vet if you have any concerns :)

Thank you I feel very dumb I thought the gland was much closer to their genitalia than where that is so I thought it might be a cyst or something

Please have a look at the relevant pictures in the links I have provided. Without being able to access your picture, this allows you to make the comparison yourself. We have included those reference pictures in our guides as it can often be very confusing to locate them on the body just based on description; so please do not be embarrassed.
When guinea pigs are sitting, their genitalia are facing downward, so the grease gland is much lower - and of course in a baby, the distance is much shorter. ;)
