Black specks in fur

Was petting my guinea pig earlier and she had a bunch of black specks in her fur? The specks almost look like flea dirt but haven’t seen any actual fleas and when I got the specks wet they don't turn red/brown. Image attached below.

Please see a vet for a diagnosis for potential mites. Please don’t be tempted to use pet shop mite treatments and do instead just go to your vet for specific advice

There is no species specific flea for guinea pigs. Please don’t use flea products as they are toxic to piggies.
