Black dots on guinea pigs hair, skin

My male guinea pig has some black dots on the neck and butt skin areas, they're not moving but in a couple wipes they do fall off
Could these be something like fleas or mites?

It’s hard to tell what they are from the pictures. It could just be flakes of skin. Do you have a magnifying glass (or know someone who does have one, or a a microscope) you could use?

It would be best to get your piggy checked by a vet. They will be able to identify and treat accordingly.
It may be some sort of parasitic egg.

I checked on the magnifying glass, couldn't really tell what it was
