My older pig sometimes ( when i put baby back into the cage ) randomly attacks baby by biting her fur/skin or around her cheek? Will it calm down soon or will they never be friends?

Nipping is normal dominance behaviour. It can last a few weeks. Nipping is letting the underpiggy just feel the teeth without harming them in the least; it is just a demonstration of power. Dominance only determines the hierarchy, but not how good friends they will become afterwards. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to hurry these things on.
The good news is that unlike you, your piggies have the instinctive understanding of what it is about and are not taking it personally. Dominance is not just about the perks of being on top, it is ultimately about taking on the responsibility for the survival of the group as a whole long term and in a crisis.
It's pretty normal. It's just the dominant pig displaying their dominance. Linney and Sundae have been a pair for over four years and Linney still will give Sundae a nip in the head/neck area (presumably to put Sundae back in her place from some piggie infraction that I didn't notice!) No one is hurt and things resume as normal afterwards.
