Biting and pulling ear

Hi guys just caught my female pig biting and pulling another female pigs ear she was sort of making a wee noise sounding upset each time? Then the same pig has just gone and done it to another pig… I’m worried now and the first pig she did it to was my most dominant I’m starting to think the ear biting one is a bully I’m watching her now it’s like she’s starting on the last pig I’ve not mentioned up in her face almost like wanting to start a carry on should I be concerned?
