Hi all,
I know I've been a bit recluse recently - semester is nearly over and, two dissertation supervisees aside, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel...
Any way, recently I've noticed that Biscuit (he of the neverending sicknessess...) doesn't really talk much. I'll give you the background. Many of you know that Biscuit has been ill for most of his life on and off (he's healthy at the moment though ). He used to live with his brother (no relation really) Caramel in one cage until they had to be separated.
When they lived together, they would wheek and demand food/attention and be quite vocal. It would almost always be started by Caramel but Biscuit would join in. This carried on after they were separated for a while but now, even when Caramel is really loud, Biscuit doesn't say anything. In fact, he makes very few noises at all.
He still chutts when he's happy (not a lot) during floor time and he purrs really loudly when he's happy - especially at cuddle time but that's it. Does anyone else have a piggy like this? I know it's probably nothing and just part of his nature (he doesn't really complain about anything anymore - probably because of all his illnesses or something) but does anyone have any other explanation?
Thanks everyone
