Grass is a great idea, if you cant buy a small bag of cheap hay to last today or borrow some from a neighbour. Or do you have any hay cookies or hay cubes or dried forage? Maybe if you post your location someone local could help you out?

Hi there, you should put your location in case there is someone on here that could donate some hay for the evening, and talk to your parents and impart the information that guinea pigs need unlimited access to hay etc.
