Last night Willow cat came home smelling of cheap perfume. Do you think he's been in the arms of another woman? :(

I wouldn't let him sleep on my pillow last night because I was so upset. :(

Either that or the paws of a cheap cat, :o certainly seems like it, but that's what cats do, some of them have like 10 places they visit and get food in every one. Maybe you could put a note in his collar, stating that he most certainly has a home and please not to entertain him. Don't be too upset, cats aren't loyal creatures (from what i'm told) and are very fickle, doesn't mean he doesn't love you. :-*

I thought mine were different. Why would he go somewhere else when I love him so much? I hope he wasn't picked up and cuddled by the kids in the alley. I was stressing last night saying what if they try to keep him and what if we're calling him to come home one night and they don't let him out. Then I remembered what he's like when he can't go out and realised I was being very silly. Unless they're totally deaf and wear padded clothing top to toe, they'll let him out ;D

He'd better ;D

When him and Gemma were younger and we lived somewhere else, they both used to come home smelling of curry. They never brought is any back though >:( ;D

My mother-in-law does that and it drives me mad >:( She feeds the local cats and 'stole' the neighbours cat years ago, they moved house eventually and gave Tommy to her as he'd moved in with her anyway. Her other cat, Tiger, she actually brought home from a day out in Derbyshire as a kitten (he was a 'stray' apparently :-\). She does have a mental illness but still..... makes me very angry.

Just before Xmas she was feeding another neighbours cat and letting him sleep on her bed etc so I told the neighbour so they could have a word with her.

Her other neighbour is my mum and dad and their cat won't go near her thank goodness.

I can relate to this one too! My cat is such a tart & has a regular group of old women who stroke her on the street & she always is wearing a new scent!

All i can say is WHO does he come home to?
Aww you know how puddy tats can be, they're just suckers for food and a little loving, BUT they always know where HOME IS :-* :-* :-* :-*

My cat's son often smells of perfume. XD We think he has "rounds", going to see other people, but he has his permanent home here so we don't mind. I think he smells lovely.

However.. One of our cats was nicked. =/ A couple in a house not far from here kept feeding him, my sisters followed him to see evidence of such, so he started going there - and eventually they just took him away.

He was my sister's cat, and my cat's brother - it was immensely upsetting for my sister.

I really hate people who feed cats that are clearly not strays.

unfortunately cats are unfaithful creatures, we love and pamper them so much yet they may still go visiting and eating in our neighbours houses :( they know that nobody can resist their charms ;)

Not all cats are like it, though. C:

I've had my cat Tiger since I was 9, and she's extremely loyal and clingy - she follows me everywhere, and my bedroom is here lair. She got all quiet and inactive when I moved out to somewhere two hours away.. I felt so bad and missed her so much that I moved back in less than three weeks - choosing my cat over the love of my life. XD

She has been much better since. ;D

Awww, he loves you sweetie :-* :-*

Tatty wont even go outside for longer than 5 minutes these days! If we go out, the moment he knows we're back, starts rolling around being all cute!
The other one, Buttons, stays out all morning then comes in and steals my bed! ;)

There was a neighbour who used to feed Bubbles (rest in peace), until we had a chat with her

This reminds me of one of my children's favourite books "Six Dinner Sid".

Sid "lives" at 6 different houses on the same street and has six dinners a day. All is well until he gets a cough and gets taken to the vet's 6 times. When the vet alerts the 6 "owners" they are annoyed with sSd and ration him to one dinner a day.

Sid is used to his 6 dinners and so moves to another street. His 6 new owners are aware of his exploits because they talk to each other, and hence they don't mind at all!

Funny that you mention that, reminded me of something similar - Lady and the Tramp, the Disney movie.

Where Tramp shows her the different places he goes to for food, on Monday he goes here because they always cook e.g stew, on Tuesday he goes here because there is always some Sausages, and then in the end he shows her the Italian he goes to for a treat sometimes... hehe :)

Awww :)

I feed 3 cats that arent mine (my cat is a housecat). 1 of them is Garfield, no1 owns him but everyone knows him in the road. Ive been looking after him for about 10years now so he kinda sees my house as home anyway! Then I feed my Uncles 2 cats, he lives 2 doors down from me but never bothers to get them in for food etc, so I gradually starte feeding them. He knows I do it :) But we do occasionally get other cats coming round and nicking their food!

all my cats have more homes. there right when they say, you dont buy a cat for you, you buy it for the neighbourhood./
