Best Way To Set Up C+c?

I have 40 grids, 14 x 14 inch, would like a grid base to sit the correx base in (have plenty of correx to build a base). What is the best setup I should do for four pigs with 40 grids?!

Also - I want to use a physical substrate rather than fleece liners (I am really not getting on with the liners I made). What is recommended? I have miscanthus or hemp readily available (I.e. in my house already!) so would like to know if either of them are safe

Hemp is safe Auboise and Hemcore are well used for small animals :-)
