I regularly treat my two with Ivermectin, but even after the last application a month ago, I can still see a significant number of them around Jasmine's cheeks!

I've seen recommendations for Gorgeous Guineas Lice 'n' Easy, but I can't see myself using it around Jasmine's face. What do others do?

Cute pic for attention :D

What treatment are you using?
What creatures are you seeing? Lice are pale crawling creatures, mites can’t be seen

Regular treatment isn’t recommended in any event and pet shop products arent effective in dealing with an active case.
Routinely treating with low dosed products and can lead to resistance to form and make it much harder to treat an active case. Pet shop products are not strong enough to actually cure an active case.

You should only treat when you have an active case. The course needs to be prescription strength and is usually three separate treatments with two weeks between each treatment.

I use Xeno 450. This was recommended to me by the vet who said I could buy it online rather than book an appointment, so I've continued to do so when needed.

When I said treat them regularly, I meant that my pigs seem to get them fairly frequently. I don't treat pre-emptively; only when they have an "outbreak". :)

The creatures I'm seeing are little brown specks on their hair. I don't see them on Jynx, but I do see a "cluster" around Jasmine's cheeks.
