It’s easier with two people, one person to hold piggy and the other to do the clipping
Wrap piggy in a towel with only the paw you are clipping exposed. Offer lots of treats! It can sometimes be easier to take a little bit of the nail at a time. You may find piggy will only tolerate one foot being done at a time, so it could take a couple of days to get all feet done.
